Sensation: Cities Found on the Moon!

"Reasonable activity of an alien civilization showed up unexpectedly close to us. However, we were not psychologically ready for it.

'NASA scientists and engineers participating in exploration of Mars and the Moon reported the results of their discoveries at a briefing at the Washington National Press Club on March 21, 1996. It was announced for the first time that man-made structures and objects have been discovered on the Moon.' The scientists spoke rather cautiously and evasively about these objects, with the exception of an UFO. They always mentioned that the man-made objects are possible, and stated the information was still under study and official results will be published later.

It was mentioned at the briefing as well that the Soviet Union used to own some photo materials proving the presence of such activity on the Moon. And, although it wasn?t identified what kind of activity it was, thousands of photo- and video materials from the Apollos and the Clementine space station showed many parts on the lunar surface where this activity and its traces were perfectly evident. The video films and photos made by US astronauts during the Apollo program were demonstrated at the briefing. People were extremely surprised why the materials hadn?t been presented to the public earlier. NASA specialists answered: 'It was difficult to forecast the reaction of people to information that some creatures had been or still are on the Moon. In addition, there were some other reasons to it, which were beyond the control of NASA.'?

The Sun Will Explode In Less Than Six Years!

The Sun is overheating and will soon blow up . . . taking Earth and the rest of the solar system with it, scientists warn.

The alert was issued after an international satellite photographed a massive explosion on the surface of the Sun that sent a plume of fire 30 times longer than the diameter of Earth blasting into space.
A White House source said, "We don't need anyone spreading more panic now."

It took me a bit, but I finally figured out how to do it.
ORBIT.
Click on the applet to create a satellite, try to get it to orbit the earth for as long as possible. Can also be done with the moon.
I got two into permanent orbit around the earth, one of which did a nice figure 8 around the moon every once in awhile.
Computers are frustrating the hell out of me today! Specifically my computer, so I've decided to get myself a nifty little sony vaio notebook to keep my graphic activity seperate from my internet activity, I have one little question to ask Sony, but are they availabale? NO! they want me to spend $1700+ & they aren't available for one little question.
For a diversion I decided to check out the latest news (find out how my petsmart stock that I'm going to cash out to pay for this purchase is doing) & I see the good news that Adam Ant is free, mentally unstable, but free. It turns out there is a pretty nice site devoted to him too, but first I must make sure my ever vigil partner hasn't already blogged the latest Ant news...
now it seems my favorites list has rearranged itself, I find my required favorite, move it back to the top of the list & click it, but can I log onto the chapel? of course not! not this morning...
everything comes up except for the blog window!
so now that I've ranted a bit I give you adam-ant.net, may your computing efforts go more smoothely than mine have today!

Interesting Idea:postcardX.net
"postcardX attempts to accentuate the randomness and instantaneousness of human connection. it tries to break down social barriers with well-loved packages of self unleashed upon an unknowning receipient. it tries to give moments of happiness, wonder, and wow! (which may extend into life-long relationships) by the simple act of giving gifts of self. "
Sounds kinda fun.
